After graduation, Nikki spent years in the Lehigh Valley working in the admissions office at Muhlenberg College. She moved to Pittsburgh with her husband, where she served as a member of the admissions team at Carnegie Mellon University. She also served as a college consultant for a large international consulting agency, supporting international admissions efforts. After they moved to Texas, Nikki made the switch to the “other side of the desk” and ran the admissions office of a Pre-K-12th grade IB school before finding herself at Fusion Academy where she most recently served as their National Director of College Counseling.

With over a decade of experience in a variety of secondary and higher education institutions, Nikki is thrilled to bring her experience, individualized approach, and fun personality to every family she works with in the college search process. She is also a professionally trained leadership coach, and works this into all of her sessions with students- helping them identify goals, set a vision for their life, and live into their highest potential. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing as well as a Bachelors Degree in Media and Communication from Muhlenberg College, as well as a Degree from University of California San Diego in College Counseling. Nikki is a member of IECA, TACAC and NACAC.

Nikki lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. You can find them outdoors, running (with jogging strollers in tow,) at a local coffee shop, or traveling to visit their family across the country.
